Estimados, no he podido hacer uso de Exchange Anywhere ya que tengo el siguiente error. He buscado muchas soluciones pero ninguna que me clarifique lo que aquí ocurre, espero puedan ayudarme. De ante mano Gracias.

Tu certificado digital SSL es auto firmado o es de una CA pública?

No te preocupes por este error, que de seguramente lo haz hecho con una CA interna, la herramienta de Microsoft Online Connectivity Analizer no es capaz de realizar este testeo y esta en los FAQ´s de la web misma.

Para que el Outlook Anywhere o Autodiscover funcione correctamente,

1) debes verificar los permisos en el IIS segun los default
2) luego verificar que tengas el Static-NAT de HTTPS o 443 permitido hacia el exchange
3) haber creado el certificado SAN con el mismo nombre FQDN tanto interna como externamente, ejemplo mail.tuempresa.com y tener un CNAME mail.tuempresa.com apuntando a tu registro Hosta A si es que tu exchange internamente se llama diferente, ejemplo exchage2013.tuempresa.com
4) Haber creado el registro de tipo SRV en los DNS publicos, en su defecto un CNAME

SRV Record Settings:
Name or Domain:intinc.com
Service: _autodiscover
Protocol: _tcp
Priority: 0
Weight: 0
Port Number: 443
Host: rpc.MyOutlookOnline.com

CNAME Record Settings:

You will need a special DNS record, called a CNAME record, set up for your domain and pointing to our server. Contact your DNS provider and request the following subdomain: autodiscover.intinc.net

Please note: It is important to rename the subdomain using this exact syntax.

Point the CNAME record for autodiscover.intinc.net to: ADR1.MyOutlookOnline.com.

Due to the nature of DNS, the CNAME record you created may take up to 4-8 hours to propagate. You will be able to take advantage of the AutoConnect feature only when DNS changes have fully propagated.

Issues you might experience if you don't have the SRV or CNAME record set up for AutoDiscover.

1. Certificate error when logging into Outlook.
2. You will not be able to set up Out of Office Assistant using Outlook 2007.
3. You will not be able to see the free/busy information.
4. Your Offline Address Book might generate a SYNC error 0x8000401F.
5. The Outlook 2007 auto configuration will not work.
6. Outlook Repair tool may not work properly.

 

Si el equipo esta en dominio, tener el certificado .p7b instalado en los almacenes de Trusted Root Certified Authorities, tanto el de la CA interna como el del Exchange.

Si el equipo no esta en el dominio, se aplica el mismo procedimiento, solo que cuando crees manualmente la conexión al exchange asegurate de que el nombre del servidor apunte al nombre interno real del servidor, y cuando realizas la configuracion HTTPS tengas el nombre del registro MX del DNS publico y autenticacion basica, y utilizar tanto para redes rapidas y lentas la conexion HTTPS.
